Hear the full interview... Kamaki Kanahele, Vicky Holt-Takamine, William Aila, Prof. Jon Osorio, OHA Chairman Haunani Apoliona are among those who came out to speak at a rally put together by the Kupu'aina Coalition; former students of the University of Hawai'i Richardson School of Law that brought to light the efforts of Governor Linda Lingle to have the United States Supreme Court overturn an earlier Hawai'i State Supreme Court decision that stated the State of Hawai'i could not sell "Ceded Lands" because of Native Hawaiians unsettled claims to ceded lands. Below is an interview on November 21, 2008 with Jocelyn Doane and Derek Kauanoe of the Kupuʻaina Foundation about the rally and what they are hoping to accomplish.
