We prefer to think of "Destiny" as something that will come about as a result of something else.  "Destiny" is also thought of as something that was meant to be, it would have happened that way no matter what.  In the case of Robert & Roland Cazimero, both instances of the word fit perfectly.  Again the Brothers have put together a CD that includes all.  Contemporary and traditional, composed by themselves and others, songs with and without kauna, easily recognizable and arrangements so different than what weʻre used to.

Once Roland Cazimero described Robert as the "worldʻs best voice" and Roland as the "best orchestra" for his brothersʻ voice.  This may very well be true for hawaiian music and these carriers of music, culture and manaʻo.

No Ke Ano Ahiahi is a wonderful combination of easily recognizable and different arrangements.  Ka ʻImi Loa is a song written by Kumu Hula Snowbird Bento with music by Roland Cazimero (Bozʻs favorite song).  Paumalu is Robertʻs favorite off the CD; you can hear on the interview why that song is his choice.  My favorite choice would be Hanohano Hawaiʻi/Na Moku Eha because of my love for those songs.

Kanoe Cazimero, who is Rolandʻs twin sister, is a wonderful change to hear on the song ʻIkua,  or should I say unexpected.  I really enjoyed the "poetry" of Pua Kukui.

I will kid Roland later that on the picking of Piʻi Mai Ka Nalu, that he has a few strains of a Creedence Clearwater Revival song in there, although he might not admit it :) :P

They end the CD with a very "rockabilly" (to quote Robert) version of a protest song that was written back in the 1970ʻs, but still has a message for us in this age of  myspace, internet, high gas and travel prices etc...

This CD offers you a lot of everything while still being in the "Cazimero Sound" which they never seem to compromise.  This comes from knowing who they are, where they have been and where they are going both musically and personally.
This is their 37th release; and yes, its another CD to add to the collection.
